Digital tickets will begin being emailed out about a month before the festival date. If you don't receive yours by the week of the festival, please email info@foolinlove.com and include info about your order (your order number, email you booked under, etc.).
If you don't receive your GA+/VIP/Platinum wristband ahead of the festival, you can head to the box office once you arrive at the festival and we will be able to provide a replacement for you! Please bring your order number from Front Gate Tickets along with your government-issued ID.
Please note: we are only able to assist you if you purchased your wristband directly from our website (Front Gate Tickets) or our hotel/ticket package partner Jampack.
